It has been a very memorable midterm elections in Louisiana. The senate race between Democrat Mary Landrieu, Republican Bill Cassidy and Tea Party Member Rob Maness have been so close it couldn’t be decided on Election Night and will be going into a runoff.
Since it was so memorable we decided to count down our top five favorite moments.
Number five, Mary Landrieu’s attempt to keep a straight face while Bill Cassidy speaks.
Number four, the candidates reminding the voters that Mary Landrieu is a supporter of Barack Obama. Love him or hate him the other candidates were not going to let the voters forget Senator Landrieu tends to vote in President Obama’s favor.
Number three, Bill Cassidy remembers to smile. There’s a lot to remember when you’re in the public eye and smiling wasn’t always the first thing on Bill Cassidy’s list.
Number two, Bill Cassidy shows his LSU spirit.
And our number one moment is the amount of times the candidates said the word “Obamacare”.
