Episode four of “Scream Queens” starts off with a nod to Taylor Swift.
The show begins with Chanel saying how Halloween is her favorite holiday. She recreates the holiday with “Chanel-o-ween.” She gets strange Halloween decorations and sends them to her less fortunate fans. The fans are more than thrilled and it’s all filmed into a cheesy video.
Picking up where last week left off, Wes and Gigi are still convinced that Dean Munsch is the killer. The police officer and Munsch dismiss their idea. Denise barges in ranting about the Dickie Dollar Scholar that got his arms sawed off. She is pleased that she reported this before the police did. Then she shares her theory that Zayday is the killer.
Pete and Grace go to the trailer of the woman whose name was in the Kappa House that night. She tells them that Dean Munsch made them bury the body. On the way to the location, she made them put bags on their heads so they wouldn’t know the location of the body. Munsch then scared the girls into not talking. The woman tells Grace and Pete that the bathtub baby was a girl.
Earl, one of the Dickie Dollar Scholars, and Zayday meet up at a coffee shop. He tells her that he supports her running for Kappa president. He suggests throwing a fundraiser for a good cause.
The Kappa girls are carving pumpkins in the kitchen where Miss Bean died. Zayday announces that she wants to run for president and Chanel freaks out. At three a.m. Chanel is sharpening kitchen knives in her closet. The Chanels enter and calm her down. The girls decide to throw their own fundraiser.
At the trailer of the woman, she starts hearing strange noises outside. They go on for several minutes. When they finally stop, the red devil is inside and he kills her.
Chad is snooping around a graveyard at night. He touches the tops of tombstones until he finds his favorite, then begins to have some time to himself. Hester catches him before he begins anything. She says that she will become vice president of Kappa and then shove Zayday down the stairs. Then Chad can continue to “pork” the top girl of Kappa. She tells him to keep his phone on because she wants to find a super freaky place for them to have sex. Apparently the graveyard wasn’t creepy enough.
Grace goes to her father’s classroom at the end. He has a pretty creepy taste in movies for his film analysis class. Last week he showed the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. This week he showed Children of the Corn. She asks her father if she is the bathtub baby from the Kappa house. She is the only girl without a mother. All of her mother’s things were burned in a fired, including Grace’s birth certificate. Wes swears that he saw her being born, despite his better judgment.
Pete and Grace meet up at a creepy abandoned house. Zayday and Earl are there too searching for a place to host Zayday’s haunted house fundraiser. Denise shows up and tells everyone that the house it haunted. Apparently back in 1995 (the baby’s birth year), a woman in black was in the house standing at the window and doing other creepy things. The group finds a room of all baby dolls.
Denise pulls Zayday aside and says that she is on to her haunted house scheme. According to Denise, a haunted house is like “a killer’s buffet.” Zayday strikes back with the new information that Denise was a Kappa pledge when she went there. She was rejected from Kappa and then dropped out, giving her enough motives to be the killer.
The Chanels, including Hester aka Chanel Number Six, have “lunch” in the cafeteria. The girls eat cotton balls as a part of a weird diet. They dip them in sauce so the cotton balls don’t get lodged in their intestines. They decide to get pizza because guys can be as big as they want and so should the girls. Some jerk frat guys basically say that the girls are there for their pleasure, so the Chanels proceed to beat him up in the middle of the cafeteria. Everyone applauds them.
Hester and Chad meet up at the decorated haunted house before it opens up. As they are trying to find the scariest place to have sex, they come across a “wax figure of dead Ms. Bean with her face burned off.” As Hester is touching her, they discover that she is real. The two freak out and try to run away. As they are leaving, they find the bodies of Shondell, Coney, Chanel Number Two, and the woman from the trailer.
They warn everyone not to go, but no one listens. When Zayday, Grace, and Pete arrive, they find the bodies and call the police. Zayday was kidnapped by the red devil.
Back at the Kappa house, Dean Munsch and the police deny that any of the murders are related to the school. Wes and Gigi are outraged and they move to the kitchen for a discussion. Grace tells Pete that she snooped at the police office and found records of the woman in black stealing diapers and milk. They conclude that she must have been the one taking care of the bathtub baby. The two decide that they must find out who that woman was. The very last scene shows the woman in black sitting in a rocking chair. It is Gigi.
