East Baton Rouge Parish under tornado warning — 1:52 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for East Baton Rouge Parish and 21 other parishes in Southeast Louisiana.
Mixed with the heavy rain, students have reported hail the size of dimes on campus.
The tornado warning is in effect until 4 p.m.
Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 53 degrees.
