LSU may have left Florida with wounded pride, but they escaped The Swamp with minimal injuries.Junior tight end Richard Dickson is nursing a bruise to his leg but is expected to practice this week, coach Les Miles said Sunday.Freshman cornerback Patrick Peterson is fully recovered after experiencing some cramps during the game.The status of junior defensive tackle Ricky Jean-Francois, who did not travel to Florida because of a groin injury, remains uncertain.The Tigers play South Carolina in a 7 p.m. ESPN-televised game Saturday in Columbia, S.C.”It appears, knock on wood, that [coming] off this game we would have the same crew,” Miles said. “I cannot predict Ricky Jean-Francois.”Sophomore Drake Nevis started in place of Jean-Francois, and senior Marlon Favorite also earned significant playing time.Senior linebacker Darry Beckwith and senior defensive tackle Charles Alexander returned to action against Florida after injuries sidelined both veteran players.Miles said Alexander may need to mend some “nicks,” while Beckwith appears to be fine.
