The Jewish student organization, Hillel, will hold a celebratory dinner tonight at 7:30 in a Sukkah, or temporary dwelling place built in front of the Student Union. The dinner is held in honor of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, which focuses on a charity and community and begins tonight at sundown. The Sukkah, which will remain standing for eight days, is the “go-to place for Jewish students to meet each other and to hang out,” said Moshe Cohen, mathematics graduate student.————Contact Margy Looney at [email protected]
