Jed Filostrat began moving Tuesday after he was given an 11 day notice to leave from his townhouse at Highland Plantation. Filostrat, biology junior, said he questions if 11 days is really a reasonable time to be forced to leave his apartment after his lease was terminated by the landlord.In his lease it explains, if there is catastrophe damages to the premises, “We may terminate this lease within a reasonable time after such determination by giving you written notice.”
