Women’s basketball: Recruit released from letter of intent — 1:13 p.m.

Guard Erica Brown has been released from her letter of intent, The Associated Press reported today.
Brown, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla., native, was not academically qualified at the time of her release.
Brown earned first-team All Panhandle Conference honors and played two seasons at Tallahassee Community College.
