East Baton Rouge Parish will remain under curfew from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. pending power restoration and the path of Hurricane Ike, parish Emergency Operations Center officials said Tuesday.EOC officials said the curfew will stay in effect “until further notice” and is being reviewed daily.The Mayor’s office issues the curfew and will review it again tomorrow morning, said Roger Tully, Baton Rouge Police Department Chief of Staff.”We encourage them to do it because of the power outages and people still roaming the streets in the dark,” Tully said.
