EBR curfew pushed back to 10 p.m. – 1:02 p.m.

East Baton Rouge Parish is now under a 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew, Mayor-President Kip Holden announced Friday.
The curfew had previously been from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. this past week after Hurricane Gustav hit the area Monday.
