The University has lifted the shelter-in-place order at 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to the school’s Web site.Volunteers are allowed on campus, but students, faculty and staff who are not “essential personell” are asked to stay off campus.The University is continuing to assess the damage on campus and repair critical buildings.
