Former Tiger athlete Lolo Jones finished seventh in the women’s 110-meter hurdles medal race at the Olympics on Tuesday morning.
Jones’ seventh-place finish came on the heels of running a 12.43-second semifinal race — the best of the 16 athletes in the two semifinal heats.
American hurdler Dawn Harper won the gold medal with a 12.54-second showing.
Australia’s Sally McClellan and Canada’s Priscilla Lopes-Schliep took the silver and bronze, respectively.
