The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook and severe thunderstorm warning for East Baton Rouge parish.
The hazardous weather outlook predicts scattered thunderstorms throughout the parish. Hazards include heavy rainfall, frequent lightning strikes and “damaging straight line winds.”
This outlook is in effect through the end of Sunday. More threatening storms may develop between Tuesday night and Saturday.
