NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The Louisiana State Police says alcohol was a factor in four of the 10 fatal crashes it investigated over the Thanksgiving holiday.
Twelve people were killed in crashes on state highways from Wednesday through Sunday.
State Police also say a failure to use a seat belt was a factor in six of the 10 fatal crashes.
