Rivals.com five-star cornerback Janzen Jackson withdrew his verbal commitment to LSU and signed with Tennessee, according to Ken Trahan, president and general manager of Neworleans.com Sports.The Barbe High School recruit has been wavering on his commitment for some time. After committing to LSU on Feb. 23, 2008, Jackson visited Tennessee on Jan. 9.Even though Tennessee did not hire Jackson’s father, McNeese State assistant coach Lance Guidry, Trahan reports Tennessee was able to sway Jackson, largely due to the recruiting of Tennessee assistant coach Ed Orgeron.
