Hornets to trade Tyson Chandler to Oklahoma City – 1:21 p.m.

The New Orleans Hornets will trade center Tyson Chandler to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Times-Picayune and ESPN reported Tuesday.
Chandler has missed 12 games because of a left ankle sprain. The Hornets will receive centers Chris Wilcox and Joe Smith in the deal.
Chandler told the Times-Picayune on Monday he had not talked to Hornets’ management about the possibility of being traded.
