LSU senior running back Charles Scott is out for the season with a collarbone injury, the LSU Athletic Department announced Sunday in a news release.
Scott fractured his collarbone in the third quarter of LSU’s 24-15 loss to Alabama on Saturday on a 34-yard run.
Scott leads the Tigers this season with 542 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns.
The Saline native returned for his senior season after spurning the NFL draft last season.
