LSU’s homecoming week is packed with free food from LSU Dining and events to attend to show your Tiger pride.
Homecoming kicked off yesterday at noon with the singing of the alma mater that was moved in doors due to inclement weather.
Canapalooza begins tonight at six with splatter beat, where students pour paint on upside down trash cans and drum with the LSU drum line.
Tomorrow inflatables will crowd the south side of the parade grounds along with streamline in concert at six p.m.
Along with these events, Canapalooza will build familiar LSU structures made from cans that will benefit the Baton Rouge Food Bank.
All canapalooza events are from six to nine p.m. on the parade grounds and the homecoming parade begins near Lod Cook Saturday at noon.
