Country superstars like Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, and Brooks & Dunn will headline the first-ever music festival held in LSU Tiger Stadium during the 2010 Memorial Day Weekend, producers of the Bayou Country Superfest announced Monday.

The Bayou Country Superfest is scheduled for May 29 and May 30. The two-day celebration will take place on the LSU campus. Other artists on the lineup include Jason Aldean, Kellie Pickler, Jake Owen, David Nail, Gloriana, and Justin Moore.

Tickets for Bayou Country Superfest go on sale Thursday, November 5 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. Bayou Country Superfest will be a reserved-seating event, and fans are encouraged to purchase tickets early in order to get the best seats available.

Single-day tickets start at only $40. Special VIP upfront, stage-side, standing-room tickets in an area called the Golden Horseshoe will be available in a limited supply, organizers say. Also a limited number of discounted two-day ticket packages will be available at most price levels.

Bayou Country Superfest tickets will also be available at the Baton Rouge River Center box office and the Pete Maravich Assembly Center box office starting November 5.

A tailgate party with take place outside Tiger Stadium before the concerts each day, and a fireworks display will cap off the performances both night, organizers said in a news release.

On Saturday, May 29, Taylor Swift,?Keith Urban,?Kellie Pickler and?David Nail?Gloriana will take the stage.

On Sunday, May 30,?Kenny Chesney,?Brooks & Dunn,?Jason Aldean,?Jake Owen and ?Justin Moorewill perform.
