LSU freshman Carlie Banks was named the Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Week on Monday after scoring two goals in LSU’s win against Mississippi State on Sunday.
Banks is the third-leading scorer for the Tigers in SEC games and has 12 points in the team’s eight league games.
