In response to Scott Burns’ article [Wednesday] about traffic problems, I think the columnist fails to realize that Easy Streets was about more than campus parking. I used to make deliveries for the AV department, and waiting in traffic meant professors had to start their classes late because they could not get the AV equipment they needed on time. Likewise, other departments that are critical to the function of LSU, such as facility services, need to get where they are going on time.
