Sparked by a 37-assist night from senior setter Sam Dabbs, LSU won its 21st straight match against Southeastern Conference Western Division foes on Friday in a 25-22, 25-20, 26-24 sweep against Auburn.
“Sam set a great match and did an excellent job of managing the offense,” said coach Fran Flory in a news release. “We worked hard all week in practice helping her to make the best decision and our hitting percentage tonight reflects that.”
The Tigers will return to the floor on Sunday afternoon when the team travels to play Georgia.
