Last week LSU students lined up in the student union for some cheap art.

A poster and print sale began Sunday and attracted students through Friday evening.

The posters featured everything from movie stars to city skylines.

The selection consisted of over 1,500 different designs.

Students flipped through books, searched boxes, and gazed at posters lining the walls.

The posters were priced at only $5 to $9 dollars.

The event was sponsored by the l-s-u student union and presented by “the college poster company”.

The student union plans to hold two other poster events this semester.

The first will begin August 31 and the second begins October 5.
