Post-football game traffic procedures will remain the same for the LSU football team’s game against Louisiana-Lafayette on Saturday, the LSU Athletic Department announced in a news release.
But several advisories have been issued, according to the news release.
Drivers going south on Nicholson Drive are being encouraged to use Burbank Drive to go south. Vehicles traveling down River Road are being advised to stay in the right-hand lane and turn left on Gardere Lane to reach Nicholson.
The advisories have been issued after converging traffic on Nicholson and Brightside Drive caused lengthy delays after LSU’s game against Vanderbilt last weekend.
