NEW ORLEANS (CNN) – A New Orleans rapper has been sentenced to life in prison without parole…
Just days after being convicted on a second degree murder charge.
Rapper Corey “C-Murder” Miller was found guilty of shooting a 16-year-old in 2002 at a night club.
It’s the second time he’s been found guilty in the case… but the first ruling was overturned.
The rapper has been serving time in jail for two attempted murder charges resulting from a separate incident.
The victim’s father took the stand to talk about how difficult his son’s death has been.
