Women’s basketball: Lady Tigers fall to Vandy, 75-67 — 1/18

The LSU women’s basketball team lost to Vanderbilt, 75-67, on Sunday in Nashville, Tenn.
The Lady Tigers lost a Southeastern Conference game for the first time since they lost at Vanderbilt on Feb. 22, 2007.
Junior guard Allison Hightower led LSU with a career-high 22 points.
