International Cultural Center to host garden groundbreaking

Groundbreaking ceremonies for the Komma and Allam Remembrance Garden will be held Sunday, Dec. 13 at 4 p.m. in the International Cultural Center.
The ceremony will involve unveiling plans for the garden and the Memorial Overlook.
