Today we explored Scandinavia!
I searched high and low for what I considered to be the best. This included folk, avant-garde jazz, indie pop, dream pop, and electronic.
Scandinavia has an incredibly massive black and death metal scene but I did not find it fitting to play on a Saturday morning, and frankly, black/ death metal is just not my thing.
But as I said on air, if it’s your thing.. it is SO worth checking out.
conclusion: Scandinavian music has a soft nature about it and is absolutely charming.
below is the track list as well as a link to stream; thank you for tuning in and catch me next week (same time, same place) SATURDAYS 9-11 AM, baby.
