U.S. News and World Report’s 2018 edition of their Best Colleges list ranked the University 63rd among public universities out of 190. This puts the University in the top tier for the 10th-straight year.
The rankings have been released annually since 1983. The ranking is determined by factoring in starting salaries of alumni, acceptance rate, academic life, student life, cost and financial aid, campus safety and campus services.
The University was recently recognized for its high early career earnings in PayScale’s 2017-18 College Salary Report.
