Organizers of Groovin’ on the Grounds are considering moving the event from the Parade Ground to the PMAC in case of rain.A decision will be made Thursday at noon based on the weather forecast for Saturday, said Michelle Eldredge, associate director of Campus Life.If the event is moved to the PMAC, vendors and inflatables which were planned for Groovin’ will no longer be possible, but the concert will go on as planned, Eldredge said.
