A University student was arrested today after driving his car down Middleton Library sidewalk and parking the vehicle in the quad.After parking, the student jacked the passenger side of his car up and emptied the contents of his car, including a set of blueprints, bongo drums, a gas can and about ten other items onto the ground before leaving the quad with his dog.Police later apprehended the suspect who police spokesperson Kevin Scott described as, “completely incoherent.””I really though he was going to start shooting or something,” said Kandice Tyler, psychology junior, who witnessed the suspect drive his car into the quad.Scott said the suspect is currently willing to seek medical treatment and waiting for medical treatment.
