Former LSU women’s basketball guard Quianna Chaney has signed with the WNBA’s San Antonio Silver Stars, the LSU Athletic Department announced Wednesday in a news release.
Chaney was drafted 19th overall by the Chicago Sky in 2008 and later joined Samsun Basketbal in Samsun, Turkey.
Chaney played at LSU from 2004-08 and is second in LSU history with 205 3-point field goals made. She garnered first-team All-Southeastern Conference honors in 2008 after helping LSU make a fifth straight Final Four.
