LSU freshman forward Addie Eggleston has been named the Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Week following an impressive debut for the No. 20 soccer team Sunday.
Eggleston tied LSU’s single-game record for assists just 16 minutes into her first game, as she notched assists on all of the Tigers’ first three goals.
She continued her breakout performance in the second half, tallying goals in the 51st and 72nd minutes.
