Freshman guard Aaron Dotson missed practice today and may miss LSU’s game Saturday against No. 22 Ole Miss, LSU coach Trent Johnson said Friday.
‘Aaron’s ankle doesn’t look good,’ Johnson said. ‘[LSU trainer] Shawn [Eddy] said he’s not going to be able to go today. He wanted to hold them out today A guy like [junior guard] Chris Beattie will have an opportunity to step up and play.’
Dotson, who was averaging 3.9 points per game, left Wednesday’s loss against Auburn with an apparent ankle injury in the first half and’ didn’t return.
