Redemptorist running back Jeremy Hill decommitted from LSU on Monday night, according to a Rivals.com report.
Hill said LSU still ranks atop his list of choices but that he will take visits to other schools.
Hill and La’el Collins, a teammate and five-star lineman, were the first recruits to join LSU’s class of 2011 when they committed to the Tigers in September 2009. The two led Redemptorist to the class 3A quarterfinals where they lost to Patterson on Nov. 26.
Hill had often been considered a solid commitment in the class and was a member of “The Fam,” the close-knit group of recruits to committed to LSU.
Two running backs remain in LSU’s class — Patterson running back Kenny Hilliard and Franklinton athlete Terrance Magee.
