“It’s been a blessing. Since I’ve been here, I feel like I’ve learned a lot about myself,” senior forward Duop Reath comments about his time at LSU.
Reath appreciates his time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a period he says hasn’t had many rough patches.
“I didn’t really feel any challenges since I’ve been here. I feel like it’s been great, and I feel like the people around me really help me, especially my teammates, the coaching staff and the people of Louisiana.”
Reath says Baton Rouge is how he expected it to be, such as the seafood. Reath goes on to say many people pressured him to eat seafood, but he doesn’t favor seafood.
“The people are great down here. They showed me support.”
Basketball wise, Reath says last season’s disappointments were what he wasn’t expecting during his time this year. “I didn’t really expect us to perform the way we performed, but at the end of the day, it’s basketball.”
LSU’s last game is Saturday, March 3rd, against Mississippi State.
“Something goes fast like that you must be having fun,” Duop Reath on his time at LSU
