Head coach Paul Mainieri’s touched on the development of his pitchers.
“A handful of the pitchers look better than they did in fall practice,” Mainieri said.
Mainieri’s father also joined him at practice.
“Just having him out here on the ball field is great,” Mainieri said.
Opening day for the Tigers is on Feb. 16 against Notre Dame at Alex Box Stadium. First pitch is at 7 p.m.
