LSU Gymnast Myia Hambrick meets with the media Monday following the Lady Tigers win against Kentucky last Friday.
The team remains undefeated, Hambrick still hasn’t scored a perfect 10 on her floor routines. “Yeah, I don’t know I just go out there, do the routine and whatever comes up comes up.” The senior’s lowest score on floor this is a 9.95, and her score in Friday’s meet against Kentucky was a 9.975. Additionally, the Lady Tigers continue to draw more attendance to their meets at the PMAC. Friday’s meet makes it two times in a row the gymnastics team hosted a sold out crowd.
“The fact that we’ve had two sold out meets straight is amazing. It really is. Just to get people to come out on a Friday night, when they could be doing so many other things on a Friday night and they’d rather come watch LSU gym, that’s amazing.”
The Lady Tigers travel to Missouri for their next meet Friday, February 9th
