LSU swimmer and Deaf record holder, Matthew Klotz, hopes to represent Hungary in the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Klotz is a dual citizen in America and Hungary, and he hopes to one day soon swim for his home country.
Klotz is very different than other athletes on the LSU swim team. He is Deaf and uses hearing aids but actually sees this as an advantage.
He holds 16 metals under his belt from Deaf and American Competitions, and he is well recognized in the swimming community.
Klotz is currently working on switching his citizenship to make it possible for him to swim and represent Hungary.
