The LSU women’s basketball team came back from behind to upset No. 10 Tennessee 70-59 on Sunday afternoon in the PMAC.
Despite trailing 26-31 at the half, LSU outscored the Lady Vols 44-28 in the second half of the game. The Tigers were also impressive coming off the backboard completing 44 total rebounds.
Chloe Jackson and Raigyne Louis lead the Tiger’s offense scoring 23 and 20 points respectively.
This win marks the 900th win in program history for the Lady Tigers.
Next up, LSU will host Georgia in the PMAC this Thursday, Feb. 1st at 7 p.m.
