East Baton Rouge Parish is under a tornado watch until 7 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
East Baton Rouge Mayor-President Kip Holden’s office issued a statement Monday asking Baton Rouge residents to routinely check weather reports Tuesday and Wednesday for severe weather warnings.
