LSU Cheerleader Kip Carter was released from the hospital around noon Tuesday after being struck by a vehicle on River Road early Sunday morning, according to his roommate, junior Anthony Alexander.
Alexander said Carter is already walking around at his Lake Beau Pre apartment complex, despite receiving multiple injuries, including five fractured vertebrae, a severely sprained ankle and a concussion.
