Wilco’s eighth album, “The Whole Love,” takes more than one listen to appreciate. The first song, “Art of Almost,” and the title track are the strongest on the album, but only by a narrow margin. “Dawned On Me” is a strong second, with lyrics like, “I can’t help it if I fall in love with you again/I’m calling just to let you know it dawned on
