BOSSIER CITY (AP) — A Bossier City man is accused of setting nine wildfires near the Taylortown community in Bossier Parish. Online records show 21-year-old Kristopher Cooper was held Sunday in lieu of $180,000 bond — $20,000 on each of nine counts.
Agriculture and Forestry Commissioner Mike Strain says Cooper was arrested Saturday after he allegedly confessed to setting fire to hay bales and brush piles.
