(AP) — A 13-year-old seventh-grade student at Capitol Middle School has been booked with two counts of attempted murder after he allegedly shot a gun at a vehicle driving away from an apparent drug deal at a grocery store, sheriff’s deputies said.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday that the boy is accused of firing shots near the Albertson’s grocery store on Aug. 20 at about 6:52 p.m.
