Junior wide receiver Russell Shepard will serve a three-game suspension for his violation of an NCAA rule. Shepard is scheduled to return for LSU’s Sept. 24 game against West Virginia, according to a press release. Shepard has been practicing with the team. Shepard was ruled ineligible by the NCAA for discussing an ongoing NCAA investigation with a teammate.
