It looks like LSU found an heir apparent to much-maligned former offensive coordinator Gary Crowton. LSU has hired former Louisville and Tulsa coach Steve Kragthorpe to fill the offensive coordinator vacancy, according to multiple reports. Kragthorpe was one of many candidates for the vacancy opened when Crowton stepped down and accepted the same position at Maryland. Kragthorpe coached at Louisville from 2007-09, going 15-31 in three years, and well as Tulsa from 2003-06. Stay tuned as the story develops. Follow Michael Lambert on twitter @TDR_Lambert —-
