LSU coach Les Miles was reportedly offered more money than his current LSU salary to become the head coach at Michigan, Gannett reported today.
“He was offered more than $4 million to become the Michigan coach,” LSU Board of Supervisors member Stanley Jacobs told Gannett on Friday. “When he said no, they came back and offered him more. And he said no again.”
During Michigan’s courting of Miles, ESPN’s Joe Schad reported if Miles were offered, he would have accepted the position.
