Madness is inevitable, don’t clog your mind.  Slow down and breathe. Do you distract yourself with that which stimulates your mind or that which perpetuates the suffering? Judgment and ideals don’t allow for humility. The unknown is uncomfortable no matter what. There is always a period of understanding before knowing. Understand what moves you and do not allow the sensation of fear enrage and repress you from new perspectives. Week 4 of Repressed Fem FM addressed fear and life with songs that promote breaking free from the confines of the mind’s cage and addressing thy self outside of cultural norms.
