Some things may seem a bit clearer this game day.
LSU will be enforcing a new clear bag rule for all bags being brought into Tiger Stadium.
“LSU has gone to a mandated a clear bag policy, so the dimensions have not changed, however the type of bag used must be a clear see-through bag,” Public Information Officer for LSUPD Kevin Scott said.
“I didn’t really think that there was a problem to begin with but I can understand with all the mass shooting chaos that’s been happening around the country, they’re taking extra safety measures,” LSU Student Bon Wells said.
The new policy is not only for safety purposes, school officials and campus security believes it get fans into the stadium more effectively 
“It allows not only security to more efficiently search a bag, but it allows you and I and everyone else that attend the event to also become those eyes on behalf of our safety for everyone,” Scott said.
If you don’t have a clear bag already, LSU will be providing 20,000 of these clear tote bags for free on game day. For a more stylish clear bags, many local boutiques will have them for sale.
