Pitcher Luke Holman and second baseman Luke Holman made their first starts as Tigers today against the University of Central Arkansas.

“It was pretty cold, honestly,” Holman said.

Despite the conditions, Holman tallied 10 strikeouts, one walk, and just three hits through 5.1 innings.

“It was a dream come true,” Milam said about his first start.

Milam had a crucial hit in today’s 2-0 win over UCA. LSU will play VMI again on Sunday and wrap up the weekend on Monday against UCA.
